Learning Solutions Training

Example. A global financial institution was looking to deploy targeted training programs on effective communication and on managing others while continuing to produce, at two different hierarchical levels of the organization. We interviewed several members at two levels and designed two versions of the same 3-hour program that included feedback on a personality assessment, short lecturettes on effective communications practices, and 20-minute roles play exercises to practice the skills highlighted in the program.
