Learning Solutions Training

We design and administer customized training solutions to meet the learning needs of your organization. Courses use multiple methods to engage employees in the learning process. Example. A global financial institution was looking to deploy targeted training programs on effective communication and on managing others while continuing to produce, at two different hierarchical levels of the organization. We interviewed several members at two levels and designed two versions of the same 3-hour program that included feedback on a personality assessment, short lecturettes on effective communications practices, and 20-minute roles play exercises to practice the skills highlighted in the program.
