Larry-WieslerLarry is a hands-on professional with over 25 years of senior-level marketing, operations, and finance experience. He has successfully managed P & L’s from startups to over $100MM in revenue and has built teams, systems and processes that have enabled firms of all sizes to scale profitably. He has worked in the fields of consumer-packaged goods, luxury goods, entertainment software, toys, consumer electronics, travel and finance as well as across digital, traditional and experiential channels. Larry’s highly collaborative and practical approach to business inspires trust, partnership and productivity in the teams that work with him and delivers results. He advises large company division heads and start-up founders in a range of industries to help them optimize their organizational structures, workflow processes and internal communications. He often works with these leaders to identify strategic and operating challenges and opportunities, develop strategies and plans, and implement needed changes.

For the past 10 years, Larry held senior management roles at top-tier agencies Renegade, Sapient and Organic and worked with key clients that include: Polo Ralph Lauren, The Coca Cola Company, PepsiCo, Kobrand Spirits, Constellation Brands, Sony, Panasonic, IBM, Microsoft, Hallmark, Macy’s, United Airlines, and HSBC. Prior to that, Larry held senior marketing positions at Ubisoft, Frito-Lay ( a Pepsico division), and Galoob Toys. Larry received his BA in Political Science at UCLA and earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
