Allison is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and talent management consultant with over 12 years experience in corporate and consulting organizations. Her work has focused on talent management, selection system design and validation, skills assessment, competency modeling, executive assessment and development, and development and administration of training programs. Allison spent over 10 years working as a consultant for the distinguished human capital consulting firm Aon Consulting. She currently serves as a faculty member at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she teaches a variety of courses in Psychology and Professional Development. Throughout her consulting career she worked with wide variety of industries including Automotive, Financial, Government, Healthcare, and Telecommunications as well as position types from entry level through upper level management/executive. These experiences allow her to easily establish credibility, develop rapport and partner with diverse personnel. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
