Brittany possesses a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, CUNY, where she is currently completing her doctoral studies. She has experience working with various organizations providing a broad variety of consulting services including assessment, executive development, competency modeling, performance appraisals, and survey research. Some of the organizations Brittany has worked with include NERA, MatlinPatterson Asset Management, Right Management, Mercer, CIBA, Sandra Hartog & Associates, and Fenestra. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, The Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology, and The New York Academy of Sciences.
