Bill is a New York based Industrial Psychologist and management consultant. His focus is delivering customized management systems/processes, with special emphasis in the areas of selection, assessment, leadership development, performance management, and training. He has conducted projects on behalf of several consulting firms (such as The Hay Group, Sirota and Associates, Towers-Perrin, and Aon Consulting) and for a variety of private and governmental organizations. Bill received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University.
