Having been a line P&L leader at Citibank and a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Randye brings her extensive leadership experience to her corporate, consulting and not-for-profit clients. Randye assists leaders in navigating their organizations through large-scale change in order to deliver on their vision and business objectives. As a trusted advisor, Randye enables leaders to inspire stakeholders, increase employee capabilities and realign performance measurement. She has partnered on challenges as diverse as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, global digital business reorganization, global cost savings and expanding consulting service delivery capacity.
