Bill Pearson is a senior consultant focusing on helping clients achieve material, lasting performance improvements. He has worked extensively with portfolio and target investments of leading private equity firms including Veronis Suhler Stevenson, Halyard Capital, Nautic Partners, Zelnick Media, JP Morgan Capital Partners, KKR, Bain Capital, Thomas H. Lee Partners, and Catalyst Investors. Bill’s previous experience includes being a guest Lecturer in Economics at Harvard University, former Chairman of Adina, Inc. a leading specialty beverage company; former Vice Chairman of Icelandic Broadcasting/Northern Lights Communications, the leading communications company in Iceland; former President and CEO of RadioWave.com, Inc., a media technology company, and former co-founder, CFO, and co-CEO of Broadcasting Partners, Inc., a publically held radio broadcasting company. Also former Operating Affiliate of McCown De Leeuw & Co., Managing Director of Commonwealth Holdings, Inc., and acting Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Product Development at Prodigy, Inc. Prior to forming Broadcasting Partners in 1988, Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company.
Bill is author or producer of several books, articles, exhibitions, recordings, and television and radio programs. Received M.B.A. with highest honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and both B.A. and M.A. with highest honors in Music/Ethnomusicology from Wesleyan University.
