Ruth is an Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Coach. She is recognized as an innovative and resourceful problem solver who proactively manages projects from initial concept, to final implementation. Her consulting approach is to serve as a ‘change catalyst’ by working collaboratively with individuals and organizations to help them create positive change and achieve greater effectiveness. She has designed and executed successful OD consulting engagements for Fortune 500 and global organizations including Pfizer Inc., E&J Gallo Winery, Heineken USA, Cadbury-Schweppes, American Red Cross, and Avon Products. An experienced Executive Coach, Ruth has provided coaching services for a variety of firms including E.& J. Gallo, Heineken, American Red Cross, DBM, and Right Management. A former ‘bench’ scientist, Ruth has a unique understanding and appreciation for applied science and data-driven methodology that she brings from her prior R&D career and into her Organizational Development consulting practice. Ruth holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and completed her undergraduate work at Rutgers University.
